My year long product design porfolio. From sketches, to protoypes to manufacturing the final project, this was my A-Level NEA. I ended up building a modular electric enabled camping device. This would allow campers to bring only the modules they need to better their living standards. This required intense prototyping, fabrication, cad work and innovation.

AerialRobotics

At PennAerialRobotics, I have been a member of the mechanical team and more prominently, the software team. This has primarily mean't developing in the computer vision department. Learned to work in a large organisation with a singular MonoRepo. Have tinkered with structure for motion algorithms (check github). Primarily using PX4, ROS2 and QGroundControl to conduct analysis on flight data. Learning about PX4 firmware and hardware integration capabilties for drone flight.

CAD + F1inSchools

A variety of complex to simple CAD projects. This included creating complex gear recreations in solidworks assemblies to developing other forms of designs. Notably, also competed in F1 in Schools. Developed model F1 car, used CNC lathe to fine tune and develop the body. Did CFD analysis to determine aerodynamic efficiency.

This includes a variety of arduino projects, including RFID scanners, Movable Robots/Katzbot. To be precise, the arduino projects you can see involved a lot of tinkering, coding and circuitry. To be exact, you can see how I played around with a lot of different devices, be it servos, motors, gyroscopes, RFID scanners. The Katzbot, which is the erratic robot in the first video, was the culmination of a lot of arduino progress, finally implementing IOT control like systems.
